Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on this website is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the copyright owner. In the same way, the use of any imagery, text, or creative assets from yamworks.com as a basis, reference, or component for the creation of new or derivative works—including but not limited to digital composites, paintings, illustrations, or AI-generated content—is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of the copyright owner. 2. Creative Rights & Edition Policy

One Work, One Print. Every work offered at yamworks.com is a unique original (1-of-1). Each work is printed once, in one size, and is never printed again in any size, format, or medium.

What Constitutes a Work. A work is a specific artistic rendering of a specific capture. Some captures are released as paired works in distinct, named renderings, such as the Nachalah and Anagennesis families and the Hermon/Horeb, Arabah/Sharon, and Sheteph/Rogez pairs. Each rendering in a pair is a separate work, printed once.

Full Disclosure of Paired Works. Where a capture exists in more than one rendering, every rendering is shown on the work’s page before purchase, so the collector knows exactly which other works derive from the same capture. Once a capture’s renderings are released, the set is closed: no further renderings, edits, crops, or conversions of that capture will ever be produced.

Separate Captures. Works captured separately are separate works, even when they share a subject, location, or composition. A different moment, season, light, weather, or camera setup produces a new capture, and therefore a new work.

Contests & Competitions. yamworks.com may submit any work to photography contests, awards, or competitions at any time.

Dedications. Dedication text entered at checkout is subject to moderation. Text that is offensive or contrary to the artist’s vision will not be engraved.

Behind-the-Scenes Content. yamworks.com may share material documenting the production and packaging of a work, including on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Personal details, including dedication text, are shown only with the collector’s consent.

Works Based on Protected Artworks. Some works are based on artworks still protected by copyright, such as famous paintings, and are sold with the rights holder’s permission. If that permission requires us to give the rights holder one copy for their records, the work’s page will say so before purchase. That copy is never sold, has no certificate or engraved plate, and is clearly marked as a record copy.

Reproductions in Published Media. yamworks.com may reproduce or license images for books, magazines, catalogs, and digital media. These are reproductions, not prints of the work, and never form part of a work’s edition. Numbering in a book or catalog refers to that publication, not to the work, and owning a publication grants no claim to the original, which alone carries the Certificate of Authenticity and engraved plate. Every reproduction is identified as a reproduction of a unique original from the yamworks.com archive. Each owner is asked whether they wish to be credited in publications. If they agree, their name is included wherever the medium allows. If they decline, the image may still be published, credited as ‘Private collection’ or similar.

3. Collector’s Ownership & Usage Rights

When you purchase a print from yamworks.com, you are granted a “Restricted Ownership” of that specific physical unit:

  • Physical Possession & Resale: You own the physical artwork. You have the right to display, gift, or resell a specific piece of artwork. However, the sale does not constitute a transfer of copyright. None of the parties involved may reproduce, scan, or commercially exploit the work without the explicit written consent from the artist.

4. Artistic Integrity & Representation

  • Integrity of Work: The artwork may not be distorted, mutilated, cropped, or modified in any way without the explicit written consent from the artist.
  • Color Accuracy: The images at yamworks.com have been exported for displaying purposes.The physical print may vary in tone, saturation, or contrast from the digital preview on your screen. These variations are a natural part of the exporting to JPG/PNG for displaying on a screen, printing, and the calibration/accuracy of different screens.
  • Public Attribution: If a print is featured in a media publication, clear credit must be given to yamworks.com.

5. Distribution & Promotional Use

yamworks.com reserves the right to share and distribute content from this website on social media for marketing or educational purposes, and to authorize the editorial use of imagery in magazines, newspapers, books, and other digital or printed publications. All such published images are marked as reproductions and are not part of any numbered limited edition. Where an image has already been sold at the time it is provided for publication, we will—with the collector’s consent and where the medium allows—credit the owner. Each owner is asked whether they wish to be credited in publications. If they agree, their name is included wherever the medium allows. If they decline, the image may still be published, credited as ‘Private collection’ or similar.

6. Prohibition of AI Training & Generative Usage

All images, text, and metadata hosted on yamworks.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. As such, the following strict prohibitions apply to any and all content found on this platform:

  • Strict Prohibition: The use of any content from this site—including but not limited to original artworks, “Selections,” or “Reproductions”—for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or any automated generative technologies is strictly prohibited.
  • Derivative Works: Using these images as a basis, reference, or “seed” to generate new AI-created imagery is a violation of these terms and constitutes copyright infringement.
  • Opt-Out Notice: This site explicitly opts out of any “fair use” or “public domain” scraping for direct or indirect AI development. Any bypass of technical measures to harvest data for AI training or commercial datasets is a direct violation of yamworks.com‘s terms of use.

7. Enforcement

This website and its content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed in any way without written permission. Any unauthorized use—including the creation of derivative works, automated data scraping for AI training, or commercial reproduction—constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.
