Are limited editions based on the size of the print?

No. The size is a convenience parameter the collectors can select to better fit their needs. Limited edition applies to the aesthetics of the photograph and never to size.

If I buy a 1-of-1 print with a given size, can another collector buy the same print in another size?

No. The 1-of-1 status of a print is a limited edition status and thus, it follows the same rules. The size factor is a convenience for the collector. Regardless of the size, once a 1-of-1 photograph is acquired by a collector, it is gone, forever. He or she owns it and no other print with the same aesthetics will be sold to anybody else.

What is a non-profit copy?

A non-profit copy refers to a physical print labeled as a “reproduction” provided for display, educational reference, or institutional archival purposes. The classification of ‘non-profit’ denotes that the work is transferred without a commercial license. The recipient (Natural or Juridical person) is strictly prohibited from utilizing the print for resale, advertising, or any form of revenue-generating activity. Ownership of the physical substrate remains separate from the intellectual property; all copyright and reproduction rights are retained exclusively by yamworks.com.
