True artistry requires a deliberate pace. To ensure that every selection meets the highest standards of the Diaries of Creation, most items are produced individually upon order. This ensures that the piece you receive is not merely a product from a shelf, but a fresh realization of the work.

The Production Window:

Please allow up to 12 business days (excluding national holidays in Bulgaria) for a selection to be printed, meticulously inspected, and prepared for its journey. This timeframe is essential for maintaining the physical and artistic integrity of the work before it begins its transition into your intimate space.

Shipping Estimates

Once the production phase is complete, your order is transitioned to our trusted carriers.

Bulgaria	2 – 5 Business Days
International	7 – 21 Business Days

Note: Shipping times are in addition to the 10-day production window. The total duration from payment to arrival typically spans 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination.

Tracking the Narrative

The moment a selection is ready to ship, a Shipping Confirmation Email will be generated. This includes a tracking number, allowing the journey of the “entry” to be followed from the studio to its final destination.

International Orders & Customs

For collectors outside of Bulgaria, please be aware that packages may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These considerations are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country’s customs office.
